Meet Dr. Alicia S. Yeung, DNP, PMHNP
Approach
Alicia’s approach integrates evidence-based medicine with a holistic focus on aligning mind, body, and purpose. She focuses on strengthening core areas of wellness, including sleep, nutrition, movement, and relationships. Alicia also provides personalized-guidance in improving executive-functioning challenges, like procrastination, forgetfulness, and difficulty with organization and time-management. Drawing on her background in mindfulness, she also supports deeper transformation, helping clients build self-awareness, cultivate self-acceptance, and move toward a life of greater authenticity and alignment.

Establishing Care with Alicia

Initial Consultation Call
Complete the Initial Consultation Call Form to schedule a free 20-minute televideo call with Alicia. This call will help determine if Alicia is the right fit to support you in getting the help you need.

Initial Evaluation
Alicia will meet with you in person for one or two sessions to explore your history, complete diagnostic assessments, and develop a treatment plan.

Continue Care
Continue your care in-person or virtually with regular psychiatric medication management, therapy, combined medication management and therapy, or group sessions.
